Originally from Lapeer, Michigan, Becky set out at just 21 years old to trade Midwest winters for
warmer horizons. Her journey through the South eventually led her to Southwest Florida, where
she discovered what she describes as a true hidden gem, Sanibel Island. It was love at first
sight, and she’s called the island home ever since.
Becky transferred schools and worked her way through college while building strong local roots,
working at the Sanibel Grill and Island Property Rentals. She earned her Bachelor’s degree
from Edison State College and, along the way, met her husband, Wally, a Sanibel native and the
love of her life. Together they have a a daughter, Audrey, who is a senior at Bishop Verot and

will be attending college for an Aviation degree. As a family, they embrace the island lifestyle
through boating, fishing, bicycling, and shelling.
Deeply committed to her community, Becky served as the 2025 President of the Realtors
Association of Sanibel & Captiva. She supports the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation
(SCCF), and regularly volunteers with multiple local nonprofit organizations that help preserve
and strengthen the island she calls home.
With over a decade of hospitality experience, strong business acumen, and more than 20 years
of living on Sanibel Island, Becky brings a unique blend of professionalism, local knowledge,
and genuine care to every transaction. She is dedicated to guiding buyers and sellers with
confidence, integrity, and exceptional service at every step of the real estate journey.
